    First approach to the Jungle

  • Upon arrival at the airport in Puerto Iguazu, the small town close to the spectacular Iguazu Falls, you will be met and transferred to your comfortable hotel in the town. In the afternoon you will head out into the rainforest on an exciting adventure excursion to explore the rich jungle habitat of the area. You'll ride in a specially adapted vehicle about five miles from Puerto Iguazu to the shores of the Parana River where you'll enjoy light trekking, rappelling and an exciting canopy tour. (Meals - B)
  • Day 2

    Exploring the Falls

  • Today you'll visit Iguazu where you'll be able to explore the jungle trails that surround the spectacular falls. In order to protect local wildlife, elevated catwalks have been built to prevent disruption to natural habitats and trails. These circuits give you the unique experience of being surrounded by the jungle, seeing and experiencing the magnitude of the falls from close quarters. In the afternoon you'll take a truck ride through the jungle to the river pier, where you'll board a fast motor boat for the 2km trip to Devil's Throat canyon in the heart of the falls. Late afternoon you'll return to your hotel and the evening is free for you to spend at your leisure. (Meals - B)
  • Day 3

    Return home or Extention

  • Following a leisurely morning at your hotel you will be transferred to the airport, either for your flight back to Buenos Aires and home, or on to another one of South America Adventure Travel's exciting Latin American destinations.
