Randy and I frequently commented about how terrific it was to have someone else engineer the trip, and every guide we encountered was great. If we were not in the care of the local guides, we would not have known about the strike, and would certainly not have been able to navigate the changes the guides managed. Also, the organized tours were an efficient way to see and learn so much!
Even the restaurant recommendations were much appreciated. Especially, not being bilingual, the guides in every setting were able to convey important Information to us. The hotel in Cusco was very nice, and their staff offered exceptional customer service.
I will strongly recommend Peru and your company to my friends and colleagues.

Just a quick note to tell you what a wonderful trip we had to Peru and how pleased we were with all the arrangements you made for us. Becky and I were talking, and we don't have a single critique. Everyone met us when/where they were supposed to. All appointments were on time. The tour guides were great. Lodging was very good. I could go on... Point is, if you ever need to use us as a reference, don't hesitate to do so. We'll give you a good one. We've traveled to every continent except Antarctica, so this wasn't our first rodeo. We agreed that this was one of the best trips we've taken, if not THE best. So, thanks very much for your service and for your guidance and responsiveness both in the planning and implementation stages of our trip.

I would like to thank you for arranging an excellent 3 week holiday for Sharon, Al, Debbie and myself in Southern Peru. After much e-mailing back and forth, with changes in dates and itineraries due to our schedules and requirements, the vacation was all that we could have hoped for and more. The guides were all very professional and seemed to be genuinely keen to share their knowledge and love of their history and culture. The accommodation was first class, and the recommended restaurants very good and a bargain by our standards!
All of the transfers, flights and side tours went without a hitch, the weather was very kind to us, and I came home with 663 photographs! Thanks again for a great holiday, and I would recommend your services without hesitation.

I Have now arrived safely back in New Zealand. I had a great time in Peru. Thank you for your assistance in organizing my itinerary. Everything went according to plan-- it was the most hassle-free travel experience that I’ve ever had! I have your satisfaction survey but haven’t returned it to you yet. There is probably not much point in returning it though as I give you perfect rating of 5 out of 5 in every category. The tour guides were great, as were the drivers and quality of vehicles.
All the hotels were of excellent quality and each meal was a delight. The ladies on reception at Casa San Blas were cordial, helpful and the hotel was, in every facet, excellent. My thanks to all who helped plan and execute my trip. I will certainly recommend SAAT to any of my associates planning a trip to Peru.
